About the Role
This is your opportunity to work in a great team of people and a supportive manager committed to making a difference by helping people to be safe, healthy and productive at work.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing plans that addresses barriers to return to work and assists the injured worker with a safe and durable return to work with either the pre-injury employer or a new employer
Providing a high level of customer service to build and maintain relationships with which achieve positive outcomes and maximize business opportunities
Working in a collaborative and often multi-disciplinary environment to achieve great health outcomes for both compensable and non-compensable illness and injuries.
Provision of assessment services including worksite assessments, activities of daily living assessments and ergonomic workstation reviews
Onsite health coaching and manual handling training to our customers
Prevention services
About You
You will have proven experience in Workplace Rehabilitation or interest in it as a new graduate
You will require one of the following:
Occupational Therapy registration with AHPRA or;
Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA or;
Exercise Physiology Accreditation with ESSA
You thrive on having an excellent ability to provide great customer service, negotiate and work with a high performing team.
