Process Analyst – Financial Advice

The role of the Process Analyst is to analyse processes in the financial advice business for risk mitigation, efficiency and innovation, and the subsequent development, implementation and monitoring processes to meet these objectives

We will count on you to:
Carry out ongoing analysis of processes and identify opportunities to enhance processes with the objective of minimising risk and gaps and maximising efficiency
Facilitate process workflow modelling in order to collect and document business requirements for projects and to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
Create and lead the implementation of consistent and aligned processes across Mercer Financial Advice, incorporating any identified process enhancements
Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is maintained
Act as an escalation point where there is a breakdown or failure of process and work with appropriate stakeholders to determine business appropriate solutions
What you need to have:
Previous experience in financial services industry, advice administration, client management or technology exposure
Advanced skills in Xplan, Visio and Excel
Previous exposure to project management principles
Experience with advice processes
Ability to analyse and solve complex technical and business problems
Strong motivator and excellent communication skills
Focus on continuous improvement and ability to implement process improvements and drive efficiencies
Excellent relationship building skills
