An outstanding permanent opportunity has become available for Systems Administration Specialist in Melbourne.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Directory Services, Identity & Access Management for on premise Active Directory, CyberArk and cloud IAM services such as O365, Azure, AWS and OKTA.
Support all our operating companies with identity & directory issues & changed via a ticketed system.
Join a highly skilled Global Identity Operations team. Being able to learn from highly skilled engineers and provided with platforms to expand your own skills.
We will count on you to:

Management of all identity & directory queries in a timely fashion.
Work directly on incoming incidents & complete assigned change through ITIL system.
Provide stakeholders with solutions to their issues and resolve these accurately.
Have previous knowledge and experience across AD Sites & Services including DNS.
Capacity to use manage OKTA or similar software.
Follow direction from your leader to review stakeholder needs, gather operational information and find solutions.
Outside of business as usual duties you may be asked to work on adhoc projects.
Follow, promote and facilitate the project management processes and procedures on all duties in accordance with Marsh SOPs.
Ensure company practices and procedures are followed.
What we’d like you to have:

5-10 years’ experience working with Active Directory, Identity & Access Management.
Active Directory Sites and Services
Active Directory Trusts
DNS & Group Policy
Domain DFS
Backup and Restore of AD objects
Active Directory Schema and attributes
Windows Server Operating Systems up to and including Windows Server 2019
An understanding of identity management products including Okta, Azure AD, and CyberArk.
An understanding of AWS and Azure identity management solutions.
Some experience implementing Directory Services with public cloud services (e.g. O365) or other applications.
Strong presentation skills, including fluent verbal & written English.
