We will count on you to:
Respond to Client enquiries for assistance on their individual OSH needs.
Provide a range of services including gap analysis, audits and reviews, site inspections, risk assessments, systems and programs development, and customisation and delivery of training programs.
Conduct a range of health and safety technical risk assessments including delivery of advice and related safety and health compliance services and strategies.
Provide detailed reports on findings and recommendations
Complete assigned projects within the timeframe to ensure they meet defined project objectives
Maintain existing client relationships to expand business opportunities and services via proactive consultancy
Continually develop professional skills by engaging in Professional Development courses
Adhere strictly to the Company’s Quality practices and other systems and procedures
Comply fully with the Company’s Errors and Omissions avoidance policy
What you need to have:
Strong experience of working in consulting services to a broad client/industry base.
Demonstrated experience in OSH systems, hazard identification and risk assessment, incident investigation and contractor management
Possess formal qualifications - Diploma or higher
Lead Auditor Qualifications
Strong client, project and time management skills
Technical OSH knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of WA Legislation, Regulations, COPs and Australian Standards.
A current driving licence is essential as travel will be required outside of the metropolitan area
Flair for continuous improvement and results orientated
Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
Ability to both work independently and within the team
