About this opportunity
Reporting into the Head of Performance and Reward, the Performance and Reward Manager is responsible for business partnering, providing remuneration advice and benchmarking for our People Advisory team and/or business stakeholders. They will play a key role in the project management of cyclical processes (year end performance and remuneration review processes) and contribute to the design of P&R frameworks including policy and practice regulatory change, modelling and analysis. They will also contribute to P&R change initiatives e.g. technical communications, presentations to leaders and employees and will support the capability uplift across the People team and broader business. Please note, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract role.
How do you exceed our expectations?
The successful candidate for this role will have demonstrable strong written communication skills and be able to communicate technical language in simple plain English. Additionally, they will have the following:
Minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent role coupled with relevant tertiary qualification(s);
Advanced knowledge of remuneration policy, remuneration benchmarking, financial services regulatory environment and experience using remuneration systems (experience using the Compensation module of Cornerstone desirable but not essential);
Experience business partnering across a range of different employee segments including strong relationship management and influencing skills;
Proven experience applying data modelling, analysis and industry best practice research to the design, development and improvement of P&R policies; and
Knowledge of financial advice and/or Investment team operating models (ideal).
