About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Member Service Officer to join our Tamworth based team on a 6 month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and Aware Super members, and supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements.

How do you exceed our expectations?
You will be a highly organised and driven professional with a passion for customer service and an ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. You will have a proven ability to multi-task and prioritise work items to maximise your time whilst also delivering an outstanding service to internal stakeholders and our members. In addition, you will also have:

Experience in a similar role;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Demonstrated ability to find solutions;
Strong attention to detail;
Accurate and swift data entry skills and strong attention to detail;
Excellent phone manner;
Commitment to providing outstanding client service; and
Proficient with Microsoft Office Product Suite.
