About this opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Client Service Officer (CSO) to join our Chatswood based team on a max-term contract until September 2021. As a CSO, you will be responsible for providing superior service to Advice clients, prospective clients and Aware Super members, and supporting financial planners with their administration and operational requirements. In addition, you will guide and support clients to achieve efficient and successful implementation of accepted recommendations and contribute to the achievements of the Client Services team objectives by participating in the continuous improvement process to provide a member first experience.

You are an experienced, driven and highly organised individual with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to clients. In addition, you will also have:
Previous experience in a similar role;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Accurate and swift data entry skills and strong attention to detail;
Proactive approach to meeting members' needs;
Excellent phone manner; and
Basic MS Excel and MS Word skills.
