About this opportunity
Reporting into the L&D Consultant and sitting within the People and Workplace team, we are looking for a skilled L&D Training Coordinator to join the team on a 12 month maximum term contract. The L&D Training Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the L&D Project team by leading, developing, maintaining and coordinating the L&D rollout of a long-term, large scale transformation project that Aware Super is undergoing.

The main accountabilities of this role are for the large-scale coordination of training programs across the business. This will involve managing and maintaining the project training calendar, end to end training scheduling and logistics (facilities, catering, attendance etc.) and reporting and tracking of attendance and completion for accreditation purposes.

How do you exceed our expectations?
The ideal candidate will have a “roll your sleeves up attitude” and be a keen team player. They will have sound oral and written communication skills with the ability to work across different levels of stakeholder. Additionally they will have the following:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role (within HR/L&D desirable but not required)
Experience working on transformation and systems rollout projects in a support/coordination capacity;
High level attention to detail and advanced organisation and administration skills; and
Strong organisational, logistics and planning skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and be flexible to changing deadlines.
