Job Description
We’re looking for someone who:

Can think independently about the finance needs of businesses, and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework
Has a deep interest in the broader economic environment and how these factors impact businesses
Can demonstrate a history of building strong relationships both with customers directly and with other business partners more generally
Is passionate about empowering and supporting Australian businesses to help SMEs see amazing outcomes
Supports genuine, personable, and traditional relationship-centric business banking
Is a team player with a preference for the group over the individual
Can drive business growth through the delivery of a unique, client-centric proposition to the SME market, which relies critically on the judgement of our experienced lenders
Can help design and deliver a best practice relationship model for our customers

Desired Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial banking, credit, or related field
Strong credit writing skills
Strong financial analysis skills
Self-starter and a proven ability to build networks
