We are looking for our next superstar to join our brand and be our next Area Manager in South Australia!

Our Area Managers are outgoing, caring, compassionate, hardworking and dedicated.

They have a passion for creating and fostering teams who can provide Customers' with positive experiences, having their Customers' leave feeling confident, beautiful and wanting to return!

To be successful in this role you will need to encompass the below values:

What We Are Looking For:

Our ideal candidate will have Area/Regional Management experience in the retail space
Deliver on customer engagement standards by ensuring all customers receive professional and helpful assistance with the use of selling steps and bra fitting techniques;
Align, lead, empower and support team members, by providing direction, encouragement, feedback, recognition and setting clear expectations
Provide continuous training and development for team members in all aspects of business operations
Achieve budgeted sales, as well as other KPIs, whilst controlling expenses
Drive all operational standards, striving for best practice in: inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, OH&S and retail administration
This Area Manager will be overseeing the below locations (subject to change):

Arndale
Colonnades
Ingle Farm
Marion
Mildura
Mt Barker
Mt Gambier
Westlakes
