About You

As a Duty Manager you’ll be placed front and centre to sell our brand with passion and enthusiasm. You’ll have the opportunity to develop meaningful and rewarding relationships with customers. You will also be responsible for creating a store with visual appeal for our customers.
You will have impeccable dress standards that proudly represent our brand in your community. You’ll provide our customers with a level of service that will encourage them to return to the store again and again.
Other competencies required to fulfil this role include:
• Passion for customer service and a passion for Drinks
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and displaying a positive attitude
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team during busy weekend trade
• Friday PM and Saturday AM/PM availability a must
