The Opportunity:

We’re all here to help deliver greater retirement outcomes for our members. Your role supports UniSuper doing this by being a technical expert, application specialist, developer and engineer on a great team working closely with our various business partners maintaining

Key Responsibilities will include:

Production support and issue management for applications.
Estimation, analysis, design, development, coding, testing, automating and installing applications programs, either in one major program or a range of programs across multiple platforms.
Implementing regulatory changes and business improvements in Acurity, the key administration system, and associated interfaces.
Preparing and maintaining systems and program documentation.
Help drive continuous improvement of technology engineering practices documentation.
Modifying and troubleshooting applications programs.

To be successful you will ideally possess:

Formal qualifications and/or a technical degree in a relevant field (programming, engineering, information systems).
Experience in delivery or support of IT/ Business applications services and previous technical experience in delivery and in analyst roles, and supporting SaaS applications
Application support or development experience with the capability to build advanced solutions and mentor team members.
Previous experience with any of the following will be beneficial: Salesforce, Genesys, Chris21, GreatPlains, ePass, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and any experience in system integration.
Thorough understanding of the development process, project management principles and client relationship management.
Ability to effectively communicate, and experience dealing directly with clients, business stakeholders and vendors
Strong passion for the web application design and development
Experience with Agile and more traditional development lifecycles
Strong customer service and excellent communications skills
