The role
In a newly created Digital Analytics Specialist position within our Strategy and Marketing, Digital and Customer Experience team, you will take ownership of the analytics implementation and user experience optimisation across our digital channels.
Working closely with Marketing on acquisition strategies to implement measurement plans, you will also be responsible for, however not limited to;
Simplifying customer experiences
Develop conversion funnels to understand realise acquisition strategies
Optimising the visibility of information on our digital platforms
Develop test and learn experiments to drive organisational initiatives
About you
We want you to bring wisdom, experience and key insights from your past roles. Through effective stakeholder management and continually thinking of the next improvement you will elevate the capability of the wider team and organisation.
Your ability to effectively plan, manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes will be critical to your success, coupled with;
Strong conceptual, analytical, critical thinking and communication skills
Sitecore or other enterprise CMS experience
Experience working with Google Analytics, Optimize and Tag Manager
Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing and personalisation
