The Opportunity at AIA

Client Service officer to provide a best in class customer experience to AIA policyholders, advisers and internal/external stakeholders.
About the Opportunity with AIA

This role will specifically be controlling the Superannuation tasks. Large majority of the work is working with our 3rd party administrator Insurance & Superannuation Administration Services (IASAS) analysing and completing reporting. You will also:

Have Remediation tasks to complete where you contact advisors to fix data issues and confirm personal information
Manage the reports then upload to the ATO SuperStream to request premiums from client Super accounts
Develop and maintain quality working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Play an active role in risk management ensuring work complies with required standards and regulations
Accountable for delivering customer service outcomes to a high level of quality
To be successful in this position you will have

Strong communication skills required to manage internal and external stakeholders
Very strong attention to detail
Prior experience within an administrative role
Prior experience dealing with confidential and sensitive data
Strong ability to multi task and problem solve
