The Opportunity at AIA

As a Project Coordinator you will coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, seating and information and oversee project/ program procurement management. You will also in some cases assist Senior Project Managers with the management of complex projects/ programs.
About the Opportunity with AIA

Working directly with the Delivery manager you will support delivery of the program. You will also get the opportunity to assist the project team with planning, mobilisation, management of projects while supporting the Program manager as a 2IC in a complex space. You will have:

Strong reporting exposure and ability to pull out relevant content and detail to summarise key points
Good experience with MS tools especial MSP, PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
Opportunity to step up and work as a PM on smaller projects
To be successful in this position you will have

Deep understanding and experience in financial controls, tracking and management
Strong risk management experience and ability to identify and appropriately manage and escalate risks and issues
Hands on experience with managing schedules and ensuring milestones are identified and tracked
Background within Financial services (Highly preferred)
