The Opportunity at AIA

As a EUC engineer you will assist EUC Stream in the distribution and implementation of laptops, printing, collaboration and desktop requirements for the AIA’s project infinity. As a professional member of the project delivery stream you will be liaising with stakeholders and technology teams to transition the EUC hardware and laptops from CMLA into AIA.
About the AIA opportunity

In this role you will work under a project manager and assist the EUC team to build and rollout over 1000 laptops across Australia. In addition to this you will also be testing and deploying desktop applications. You will get the opportunity manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed throughout the project lifecycle, you will also:

Provide EUC assistance to onshore & offshore users during the onboarding process
Build and asset manage EUC hardware
Communicate with users to provide understanding of basic EUC desktop issues
Provide onsite technical assistance whilst laptops are being deployed
Assist with the broader AUC hardware deployment process
Display strong problem solving and decision-making skills
To be successful in this position, you will have:

Experience in desktop support, troubleshooting & SCCM package deployments
Proven ability with large scale laptop, printing and collaboration tools rollout
Minimum of 5 years commercial experience
Comfortable working in a managed service environment with suppliers
Possess ability to work effectively in an independent and team setting
