The Opportunity at AIA
The Change Manager will take input from projects and develop an IOP Program Learning Approach, including role-based models and learning to deliver the most effective and efficient training approach.
About the Opportunity with AIA
The critical parts of the role will be to ensure effective and aligned change management planning across 6-7 projects and the creation, coordination and implementation of a role based learning program to enable the projects, and to track the completion/issues and risks of the plan’s execution. You will also:
Manage an effective business engagement strategy that will enable the correct level of engagement across IOP program of work
To implement change management plans around communications and engagement.
develop and monitor a detail program change plan to ensure delivery of milestones, artifacts, and ensure deadlines are met.
Identify and segment key impacted stakeholders for targeted stakeholder engagement and business readiness assessments.
To be successful in this position you will have experience with
Experience in program level learning plan (highly preferred)
Strong experience in management support at all levels and a strong understanding of Change management
Ability to establish, implement and manage new processes and procedures
Ability to learn systems and new technologies and adapt to in-place procedures and ability to pro-actively plan.
Ability to develop and implement solid change practices and procedures.
