We are excited to be bringing to market the opportunity to kick start a career within Merchandise, joining the rebel team in this Graduate level position as a Product Associate based out of rebel’s Support Office in Rhodes.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a Graduate to kick start their career in Merchandise. Reporting into the Product Manager, your primary responsibilities will be focused around providing administrative support to the Product Manager and wider Merchandise team. You will also work closely with a range of internal stakeholders being the gatekeeper of accurate product data and its related maintenance.
Some of your responsibilities may include:
High volume data entry and administration, including entering purchase orders, uploading allocations and code creation
Ensuring all inventory planning activity is executed by the category teams
Assisting in ensuring our trade partners have accurate forecasting information
Administration related to special customer orders and stock requests
To be successful in this role
You are solutions focused, and approach your daily work with enthusiasm and initiative
You will have intermediate to advance level proficiency with Office, particularly Excel
Experience using SAP would be highly advantageous but isn’t essential
You work with pace, but understand the importance of accuracy over speed
You have great time management, organisational and collaboration skills
