Job Description

Let’s talk about the role

The Process Improvement Specialist will work together with our digital delivery team, to ensure we streamline critical business processes before they are automated.

Review and update standard business process documentation

Use agreed frameworks and approaches to identify areas of improvement and design target state processes

Partner with Customer Operations stakeholders and digital automation squads to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions to eliminate manual handling

Ensure problem statement and root cause are clearly understood, articulated, and agreed for each improvement opportunity.

Work with functional leaders to determine impacted processes and ensure that these are maintained or developed.

Change management support to ensure the changes are managed and delivered with both short term and long term outcomes in mind.

Ensure that all changes are properly scheduled, managed and communicated.

As highly experienced Process Specialist/ Analyst you’ll be a clear thinker with a natural attention to detail. Your analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial to nailing this role.

Experience in applying Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC approaches

Experience with automation of manual processes

Ability to build a solid understanding of the intricacies of the business

Lean Six Sigma certification (highly regarded)

BPMN experience or similar (highly regarded)

Ability to adapt in a complex, dynamic environment with a high performing team
