So are we! We’re looking for a Product Owner to help shape the vision and roadmap for one of our high priority programs of work, and then lead a squad to deliver it. You’ll need to draw on your understanding of UX/CX and Design principles to ensure we’re delivering a frictionless customer experience, while also delivering on the commercial drivers of the program.
To achieve our ambitious plans, we’re searching for a pragmatic thinker who knows how to find answers. You will own and manage all the end-to-end work that goes into a Product Owner role – roadmap, features and backlog as well as leading a cross-functional team to deliver on them.

Financial services industry experience is going to be really important to help get you up to speed fast.
End-to-end product ownership experience, including a strong track record of delivering features to customers
Strong applied understanding of agile development practices and the role of the Product Owner
A thirst for building rich understandings of customer and business needs to define the right problems to solve
An understanding of contemporary product development practices including agile, design thinking / human centred design, CX, UX with a thirst to find the next big thing
Previous experience in building Mobile experiences will be advantageous
A solid understanding of how we operate within legislative requirements and compliance practices
