About the Role
As a Relationship Manager in our Commercial Lending team your responsibilities will include:
Manage large existing portfolio of healthcare customers, including expiring contracts and annual reviews
Promote and sell our commercial product offering to core clients, including meeting clients at their home and/or place of work to conduct interviews to determine financial situation and objectives, discussing options for the client and developing tailored solutions (Cross sell banking package KPI)
Consistently meet and/or exceed individual margin and volume targets and performance objectives with a strong focus on book growth
The Specialist plays a key role in driving the direction and performance including client acquisition, volume/margin, and primary client relationship and satisfaction (Overall profit KPI)
Partner with the Internal Consultant to develop ongoing and quality client relationships
Manage relationships with clients leveraging and aligning internal resources to maximise client satisfaction and retention
In conjunction with clients accountants, proactively work with clients to understand financial objectives and help implementing plans to realise these objectives
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurised environment
About You
Previous proven banking experience in a Relationship Manager or Relationship Executive position
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Medical Finance Experience required
Well networked locally within the Medical Finance industry
Highly organised and efficient
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and high expectations in a pressurised environment
