Reporting to the Regional Manager – North Queensland, the Branch Team Leader is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service through the daily management of a team of employees who contribute to the banks customer team strategy. This role is a key leadership role, the successful candidate will manage the daily operation of the branch including the Coaching, development, and implementation of staff development plans, training and rostering of staff. The successful candidate will also be adept in developing a branch marketing plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager and being able to execute this plan in their local market.

Although our branches are not open on weekends, the successful applicant must have the flexibility to work to meet the leadership requirements in any afterhours or weekend functions.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful applicant must have:
Proven experience of leading a service driven team within the financial services sector with experience in managing through periods of significant growth or change - Desired
3+ years’ experience in a leaders role with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

To provide coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and how to strive to exceed Auswide Bank’s service standards.
To work efficiently to achieve assigned tasks and duties, accurately and within required timeframes.
