Bupa has an opportunity for a Corporate Affairs Manager, to support the Head of Corporate Affairs and partner specifically with our Aged Care business. Provide communications support, expertise and advice, through development of external communications materials, internal communication strategy, materials and plans. This senior role sits within a small, dynamic team and is accountable for creating and executing Bupa Aged Care’s internal communications strategies, supports in driving enhanced employee engagement and understanding of the company's business goals and objectives, as well as navigation of the company’s change agenda. This is a 12 month maternity leave backfill.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

Guide the business to deliver top-quality communication to all 9000 staff across all mediums from face-to-face events, to written, presentation, video and photographic materials, and printed collateral.
Collaborate with the Aged Care Leadership team and Internal Communications team to deliver ANZ initiatives that engage and inspire our people.
Lead the development and implementation of internal communication strategy.
Provide strategic, event, and content support to ensure the successful delivery of face-to-face engagement by Bupa senior management across Australia.
Work with the Aged Care business to identify opportunities to share Bupa’s story externally and position Bupa as a thought leader in aged care.
Work with Media Relations and Corporate Communications team to write, pitch and place high-quality, impactful media releases and exclusives with a range of media.
Proactively identify reputational issues and develop public positions to support Media Relations and Corporate Communications team.
