Bupa is looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Senior Analyst to help enable an organisation that is curious, informed and enriched by data about our workforce.
This role will support the People Analytics & Reporting Leader with execution of the People Analytics & Reporting strategy. The Senior Analyst will assist with preparation and delivery of designing, developing and implementing reporting and analysis – both operational and strategic in nature. It is benefitial that applicants have experience using Workday. We are open to applicants in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.
How will I help?
Key accountabilities include:
Support the delivery of workforce and operation HR information to stakeholders on a regular, ongoing basis.
Act as an escalation point and assist in resolving queries and issues with workforce data or existing workforce reports and analysis.
Lead projects to test out hypothesis and help to solve business problems using data.
Be the subject matter expert for reporting capabilities.
Respond to ad-hoc requests for information and help requestors structure information in most appropriate way to achieve business outcome.
Work with third party vendors to exploit new or unleveraged capabilities around reporting within Bupa’s people systems.

What do I need?
Previous experience in reporting, data management in the field of HR
Demonstrated ability in the management, and presentation of key information to business leaders
Experience in using data to test hypothesis and solve business problems
Experience in building business cases through the application of data
Knowledge and experience of the end-to-end people lifecycle and the data associated with each stage of the lifecycle
Advanced knowledge of data analysis, report building and the automation of reporting
Advanced knowledge of HR systems and associated HR data models (Workday, Prism, Saba and ServiceNow preferred)
