Job Description:
The Change Specialist will work closely with Business Integration Leads and Specialists to support the implementation of a clear and integrated change program designed to support our customer facing teams in delivering personalised, radically simple and more relevant experiences for our customers.
How will I help?
Support the effective prioritisation and sequencing of change programs and build and manage a comprehensive change calendar
Lead the design, build, delivery and evaluation of change management initiatives, aligned to business objectives
Measure and report on performance against milestones, and effectively manage risks and monitor issues
Bring thought leadership and organisational change innovation to the design process, challenging traditional practice and supporting the business in building change capability

What do I need?
Experience managing change programs, with specific focus on people impacts, through a tiered change and engagement delivery model
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver project change services, in a change portfolio environment for a program of work using multiple delivery models, such as Human Centred Design, Lean, Agile and Waterfall
Understanding of and experience working with digital tools relevant to the development of change solutions
Relevant tertiary qualification or extensive professional experience in organisational change management or similar field
