Job Description

About The Role

As a Maintenance Officer at one of our care homes, you will be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of property services, including repairs and maintenance, to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.

Duties

Providing repairs and maintenance support to the care home
Ensuring Property Services QA procedures and regularly compliance requirements are maintained and continuously reviewed
Assist in the sourcing of appropriate service providers and contractors, utilising relevant IT and Purchasing systems
Assists in management of property Services projects
Compliance with all relevant WHS procedures

Skills and Experience

Previous experience gained in property maintenance and building works
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
OHS and relevant qualifications highly regarded
The ability to solve problems independently
Must have a current national police certificate or be willing to complete a criminal history check
