• Seeking Experienced Lending Manager to join the BOQ team
• Owner Managed Branch – Hobart Location
• Hobart BOQ is an established and award winning locally owned and managed Owner Manager branch, having opened in Hobart in 2008.

We focus locally offering old fashioned service to assist our customers in achieving their financial goals.

About the Role?
Reporting to the Branch manager you will create and deliver on home lending and other financial needs for both our existing and new customers. The Lending Manager works with their network and community, as well as local branch teams and other business units to create opportunities to fulfil existing and new customers home buying goals. You will take personal accountability to provide a high level of customer service keeping all stakeholders informed throughout the process at a level that promotes and drives customer satisfaction and advocacy. If you aren’t afraid of networking and building relationships to bring in new business, then come and join the team at BOQ!

About You?
As an experienced Lending Manager you will be a passionate, high performing Lender who also has a existing network and the desire to continually grow your network. You will also be able to consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience, by demonstrating:
• Proven experience in effective external business development
• Previous retail lending experience
• Understanding of the Code of Banking Practice and other Financial Sector compliance requirements
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
