The Store 2IC will play a critical role motivating and inspiring their store team, achieving store productivity goals and delivering the very best shopping experience for BIG W customers.

• Analyse customer service metrics to identify opportunities and take action to improve store performance
• Manage team members in their daily work, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliverables
• Collaborate with the Store Leadership team to enhance culture, customer experience and store performance

The Role

You will have proven experience in leading a large retail team.

About You

The 2IC is there to assist the Store Manager in motivating and inspiring their team, achieving store productivity goals and delivering the very best shopping experience for our customers.

• Analyse customer service metrics to identify opportunities and take action to improve store performance
• Commercial acumen to maximise sales while managing costs
• Ability to work with a team to implement and maintain operational processes
