The Role:
Our ambition is to become a purpose-led digital retailer enabled by a great store network. As we shift from Turnaround to Transformation, we are not only transforming our customer experience but also our ways of working to deliver value with agility to our customers. You will bring thought leadership, facilitate and partner across the Big W team to co-create, design and deliver digital learning content that supports the overall BIG W business and people strategy.
Key responsibilities will include;
• Facilitate and collaborate end to end to co create learning solutions
• Design and deploy digital learning solutions
• Administer digital learning platforms tools and resources
• Evaluate operational / functional training needs and identify solutions
• Influence and coach on best practice regarding learning design and delivery
• Ensure all learning interventions are aligned to and support key strategic initiatives and embed BIG W Purpose, Values, Ways of working
• Partner for value creation across the Woolworths ecosystem with internal partners and external service providers to align to our values and culture
• Use Customer and Team data and insights to identify and design learning solutions
• Adopt and lead as a change advocate for agile ways of working
About You:
• Expertise in instructional design, digital learning content development, content curation and program management
• Ability to drive innovation in learning design and delivery within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading the design and implementation of micro learning solutions
• Demonstrated ability to use technology to execute strategy and measure results
• Demonstrated ability to leverage metrics and analytics in learning programs to drive effectiveness and impact
• Demonstrated experience partnering at all levels from team members to senior leaders; and across multiple disciplines, to create mutual value .
• Some Experience in a scaled (multi-team) agile organisational environment
• Equipped with advanced communication skills and experience - including story telling, presentation and facilitation experience
• Experience in leading/working in large Digital transformational programs
