Our client and role:Our client based within WA's Public Sector are seeking the skills of an experienced Project Coordinator to asisst a busy PMO team with the overall delivery of key, strategic programs of work.Core requirements of the role:Providing assistance with Budget tracking and should have previous experience in tracking project costs from invoices and Purchase orders.Supporting and providing Assistance with management of Risk and Issues Register.Supporting Project Manager's by liaising with project resources (BA and Solution Lead) to capture planning schedules for project team activities to ensure all work is captured in Sciforma (PPM Tool) for tracking of progress.Supporting the PM's by liaising with BA's, Change Manager's and the Solution Lead to create/review/maintain the register of requirements, scheduled activities and the level of completion that has been progressively achieved.Liaising with project teams delivering work have considered project master milestones and validated resource availability (business and BID) and project approvals to proceed, i.e. testing/business acceptance etc.Essential experience required:A strong background working on IT projects as a Project Coordinator who iscompetent in MS office and ideally intermediate level working with Excel and/or MS ProjectPrevious experience in providing project Support within document control and version control using the our clients EDRMS system and configuration guidelines.A key background in attending meetings and taking minutes and coordinating actions with the IT PM's.
