Number of vacancies available: 1 Position Summary:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced Project Officer to support project delivery for the Private Partnerships Unit, Housing Development Branch. The Project Officer plays a key role in a collaborative and innovative team focused on delivering the Government's agenda of increasing access to social and affordable housing for Victorians. The focus for this role will be supporting the team's work with the private sector to rapidly identify and procure property at various stages of development from complete spot purchases to a pipeline of in development dwellings in a short timeframe.The role will require a dynamic, flexible and experienced candidate with experience in project management and property, including coordinating procurement processes, providing authoritative advice, and building strong stakeholder relationships to deliver key project outcomes.The Project Officer will be responsible for preparing project plans, monitoring and reporting on project status and financials, contributing to risk and issue management, establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, participating in and facilitating project meetings, and preparation of a range of project documents including evaluation reports and support for investment decisions.How to Apply:Applicants are encouraged to apply online, submitting a cover letter and a current resume.
