We are looking for individuals who can improve the client satisfaction score even more. Role: The role of the Professional Services Engineer is to deliver billable project services. You should be able to speak the customers language as your own and deliver technical solutions in line with the solution design. You will be assisting (Senior) Project Engineers and/or projects team and/or Senior members in the projects team to deliver projects such as roll-out, relocations, etc. You will work within a team demonstrating their proven technical, project delivery and superior customer service skills. It is important that the Professional Services Engineer remains productive and completes jobs within their allocated budget, to a high level of quality that is expected from them by the clients and the team. Job tasks and responsibilities Manage day to day operations of individual work queue; working with Professional Services Manager to adequate manage forward scheduled workload Adherence to Professional Services department deployment and documentation standards Achievement of agreed Professional Services Engineer KPIs Deliver the following remote and onsite deployments (and not limited to): End user devices (i.e. desktops, laptops, thin clients) Printer devices Backup solutions Centralised services (i.e. SSL/domain renewals) Technical client on-boarding Post-project end user support Adhoc firewall and network devices deployment You may also be involved in Server builds (i.e. physical assembly, base operating system installations) Networking solutions (i.e. basic switch/firewall/wireless) Mailbox/Office365 migrations Participate in the development and continuous improvement of deployment and documentation standard Education & Experience Requirements: Exceptional client satisfaction mindset At-least 3 years' MSP experience in Senior L2 capacity and with some exposure in Projects Excellent client service skills, communication skills and documentation skill set Tertiary qualification and Industry certification– IT, Engineering Degree, or equivalent experience.
