Job Description Monitor and administer relevant program correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.Build and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members.Coordinate project workshops and working group meetings, including travel and accommodation for interstate stakeholders.Assist with the maintenance of project activities, artefacts and reports under guidance from Project Managers.Manage one or more work packages contributing to project objectives.Support development of draft agendas for governance boards.Provide secretariat support for both internal and external governance boards.Undertake simple procurement activities.Provide induction, training and support for new starters within the programAd hoc program support services as required.
