We encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and individuals from diverse backgrounds.Wellbeing matters at Thales, and where possible we encourage flexible working.About Your RoleThe Program Management role is to manage and deliver a Program in the Ground Transportation Systems domain that meets the customer requirements on time and on budget with optimum customer satisfactionEnsure that all work is undertaken within the OH&S policies and procedures in order to provide a safe working environment for all staff and customersMaintain excellent customer relationshipsPlan, execute and manage the implementation activities to meet Program schedule, quality and cost targetsProvide internal Program reports and participate in the Program review processManagement of Program risks including mitigation plansPlan, lead, organise and control the activity of any teams assigned to undertake Program workManagement of Program financial and contractual contingenciesHow About You?Tertiary (Bachelor) degree in Engineering, Project Management or associated disciplinesAt least 5 years project management experience within the rail, transport, construction, mining and resources or engineering industriesFormal Program Management TrainingExperience with Thales CHORUS 2.0 processGood to KnowYou’ll get an email acknowledgement after you’ve applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants. Prior to offer you’ll complete a pre-employment police and medical.For more information on Thales visit us @ThalesCareers on InstagramAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
