Exciting 12 Month Contract + ExtensionBaseline Security Clearance RequiredLarge Federal Government AgencyAbout our Client: Our client is a key Federal Government agency with high-level responsibility for overseeing the development and administration of policies, programs, initiatives and technology that ensure the health and welfare of the Australian population. Working closely with other agencies within their portfolio, our client is undertaking a number of significant ICT projects to enable the development and provision of a range of services for Australians.About the Role:On the hunt for a hands on Change Manager who's ready to lead all aspects of the business change management, including driving adoption of new capabilities, communications, stakeholder engagements, as well as product implementation activities.Responsibilities: Creating actionable deliverables including: a change management plan for the program and for the individual projects, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, business readiness assessments and sponsor roadmaps.Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic and achieves the desired outcomes, including assessing the effectiveness of change management initiatives implemented.Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.Establishing and supporting a network of internal change champions across business areas.To be successful you'll demonstrate: A track record of being hands on, delivering high quality services and getting things done in condensed time frames.The ability to apply change management methodology and tools pragmatically, with the outcome in mind.Ability to drive change within a well-established environment.Superior communication skills along with strong organisation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.Critical thinking and ability to exercise sound judgement and active listening.Domestic travel may be required to engage with external stakeholders to seek input to the program. How to Apply: To apply, please submit a detailed resume and cover letter to Kiara Lee at kiara.lee@talentinternational.com or click 'APPLY FOR THIS ROLE'.
