Job Description

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the planning and directing at a State level to ensure business strategies and future plans for the company are met. Alongside the State Operations Manager, they manage the day to day operational teams in line with Decipha’s core values and policies to ensure a safe, productive and harmonious work environment The services are broad and include Imaging, data capture, validation and mailroom operation. The functions include: Delivery of services ensuring contractual obligations and SLA’s are met or exceeded, consolidation of information for reporting, data analysis, productivity improvements and provide technical expertise. What you'll be doing: Delivery of business solutions and strategies for existing clients and assist to develop new business opportunities to achieve market growth in conjunction with the Sales team Identify opportunities for improvement and additional value added functions and use formal processes to progress improvement initiativesPlan Resources requirements both people and equipmentEnsure a safe and sound environment complying with State OH&S regulations & legislation & relevant State employee/industrial relations legislation What we're looking for: Experience in managing multiple teams in operational environmentsDemonstrated skills in dealing with situations in a commercial and innovative production environment, involving regular interaction with clients and suppliersDemonstrated experience in technical operational environments.Ability to negotiate and influence relevant stakeholdersExperience in information and document processing involving imaging, data capture validation and processing would be a nice to have About Australia Post Group: Australia Post is Australia’s trusted brand and is transforming to become a global leader in eCommerce.
