Our values are accountability, integrity and respect, and underpin everything we do. $87,640 - $99,438 (Plus Superannuation)Fixed Term, 12 Months Usual hours of work: Full Time (flexibility may be available)Usual work location: CBD (flexibility may be available) As Project Officer, Trade, you will assist to deliver projects and provide insights, advice and analysis that drives delivery of Global Victoria Programs while modelling collaborative and supportive leadership in your day to day work. In this role, you will engage with staff overseas in the international network of 23 Victorian Trade and Investment offices. The engagement will broaden to include other stakeholders within the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions (DJPR) and other branches within the Victorian Government. The role provides a great opportunity to leverage existing, or further develop, Government networks..The successful candidate for this position will demonstrate – Experience in project management and project delivery, including procurement in a government setting.High-level stakeholder management experience and commitment to a collaborative teamwork culture.Strong organisational skills, including the ability to contribute to outcomes within quality and time specifications and in a dynamic work environment.Analytical and conceptual skills, with an ability to translate this into strategic advice, as well as strong attention to detail.Excellent writing and presentation skills, proficiency with CRM systems, experience in the preparation of comprehensive and clear reports, PowerPoint presentations and recommendations for senior management. The position of Project Officer, Trade is part of the Trade branch within the Global Victoria group. Global Victoria connects Victoria to global opportunities.
