In this role you will:Perform the monitoring and control of the Performance Management Baseline (WBS, OBS, schedule, risk and EAC) of all projects within the domain.Ensure the overall consistency and robustness of all project schedules, including the maintenance and monthly updates in the agreed tools.Ensure a robust risk and opportunity management process is embedded and support the work package managers, control account managers and risk managers in the maintenance of the overall Risk RegisterSupport the domain business rhythm including Reviews and Reports.Implement best practises for project control standards & procedures Lead and coach the PMO team to deliver the right level of service. Monitoring business KPI’s that are project relatedMonitor progress against schedule and costEmbed a "lessons learned culture" and develop best practise implementationHow About You?Degree qualified in business, engineering, project management or other suitable discipline.
