Job Description

Working in our Direct Vehicle Finance team, you will be responsible for using a variety of channels to build a strong lending portfolio. You will use your strong Vehicle Finance experience to assist clients through applications. You’ll manage the full leasing journey, providing an exceptional customer experience along the way. You’ll use your excellent problem solving skills and product knowledge to answer customer queries and maintain and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have 2 to 3 years’ experience in Vehicle Finance, sales or service. You will also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills in order to convey complex terms in a clear and concise manner. You will be motivated to achieve both individual and team targets.
