We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Service Delivery team that supports the growth of the renewable energy industry.The Customer Experience Team provides an easy, consistent and accessible experience helping customers participate in and receive the benefits from the Solar Homes program. This includes a strong focus on putting the customer first, providing timely access to information, pursuing a culture of first contact resolution and low customer effort, and placing an emphasis on using customer insights and data to drive a better experience for customers.These positions report to a Team Lead Customer Experience and are required to demonstrate excellent customer service skills (telephone and written) with a proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately, and empathetically. You must be confident, energized individual with the ability to work as a team player and enjoy collaborating with others to achieve a win-win outcome. A passion for supporting the growth of the renewable energy industry will be a plus. Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Exceptional customer rapport and relationship building skills with proven ability to communicate clearly, accurately and empathetically in both written and verbal form.Passion for resolving complex customer problems.Demonstrated ability to work with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management Systems.Demonstrated ability to plan and organize workload to consistently meet a range of deadlines.Proven ability to work in a high paced and constantly changing environment.
