Job Description

Healius is a leading Australian publicly listed healthcare company providing a broad range of healthcare services through our network of Medical, Pathology & Imaging Centres as well as IVF, Eye Clinics and Specialist Services. Within our IT Division, we have a requirement for a Training Analyst to support the Kronos Upgrade project for 6 months. This role forms part of the project team that will implement a new cloud-based version of Kronos Workforce Dimensions to replace multiple instances of the existing on-premise Time and Attendance system. The Training Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, documenting, delivering and evaluating training programs for the project to ensure training needs are being fulfilled. Responsibilities include: Develop training materials Analyze existing training materials, content and available resources. Support the Training Manager with developing and administering the training program. Work with the subject matter experts to coordinate timely development of training materials. Support the Training Manager in conducting training needs analysis, conduct surveys and interviews with stakeholders. Assist the Training Manager and business stakeholders in planning training rollout, schedules and delivery. Deliver training Ensure staff in all business units and locations receive standard and consistent training. Deliver training to staff using appropriate combinations of e-learning, webinars and face to face training. Review course feedback and provide input for continuous improvement. Suitable candidates will possess the following skills and experience: Diploma of Training Design and Development (desirable). ertificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable). Kronos experience (highly desirable). Familiarity with the Health sector and Workforce Management processes (desirable). Application of e-learning tools, technologies and best practice for instructional materials and platforms. Conduct of webinars/remote participant training. Five years of previous experience as a trainer. Excellent organization, planning, motivation and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with all staff levels and senior leadership teams. Excellent presentation and active listening skills with the ability to build honest and trusting relationships. Demonstrated collaborative working practices. Strong computer proficiency. Ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently, be self-driven and have the ability to plan and prioritise business opportunities.
