A new opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PAE to join them to take over its existing conveyancing matters and to assist with the growth of the estate planning division. You will have full autonomy from day one and this is an excellent opportunity to make the role your own. You will have the support of the Director who is based in Brisbane and is happy to make time for regular Zoom meetings and to travel to Sydney on an ad hoc basis when required. Your main duties and responsibilities will include; Liaising with clients Running of conveyancing matters Drafting letters and documents Advising and drafting Estate Planning documents Probate applications Banking orders Contested Estates File management The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PAE in a similar role along with an unrestricted practising certificate. Knowledge of PEXA is essential and you will have strong interpersonal skills, a good work ethic and the desire to grow your career within the firm.
