We are seeking a dynamic Team leader to ensure positive customer experiences and quality service. The role will focus on activating the Centre through relevant programs and services and maintaining the facility to a high standard. Planning the future needs of the both the Centre and Community Recreation will also be a core area of focus.To succeed in this role, alongside engaging leadership, you will require a high level of community understanding for current trends in sport and leisure, experience in facilitating community partnerships and a commitment to making a difference.Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant experience to the position which would include leisure centre and facility management, community recreation operations and community stakeholder liaison will be highly regarded.How to applyInterested applicants should provide a summary against the Position Expectations and Requirements (page 3) as per the position description.
