The Opportunity This is a key position within the JELD-WEN Payroll team located at Rowville and reporting to the Payroll Manager. The Senior Payroll Officer contributes to the business success by delivering high quality, efficient, accurate and timely payroll services to multiple business units across the group. Key ResponsibilitiesProcessing weekly and monthly payroll for over 2100 staffCreating and maintaining up to date payroll recordsInterpreting and implementing a wide range of Awards and EBA'sRunning regular reports for end of month, and as requiredInvestigating and escalating any discrepancies Undertaking various project work ad hoc About You Minimum 5 years experience with processing end to end payroll Demonstrated experience with Fair Work, legislation, award and EBA’s interpretationProficient with Payroll technology and systems (Chris21 preferred)Advance Microsoft Office suite experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, and MS Teams).High level of attention to detail and processThe ability to look for opportunities to improve processMulti-national and multi-site manufacturing business experience (preferred) What's On OfferOngoing training and career developmentA competitive remuneration packageGenerous discounts on our extensive range of JELD-WEN productsOn-site parkingAbility to schedule leave every year at ChristmasGlobal exposure opportunities Your next steps The successful candidate will also need to be a positive, self-motivated individual with good communication skills.
