Job Description Process end to end payroll efficiently and in a timely manner using SAPUnderstand and perform Super and Tax calculationsHave the ability to interpret complex EBA's and AwardsAnswer Payroll queries when necessaryProcess leave calculations including maternity, annual and sick leavePerform reconciliations, and make changes when necessary The Successful Applicant 3 years + experience in a payroll operations environmentDemonstrated experience with payroll and T&A systems (ideally SAP) including ongoing system review and customisation and end to end payroll processesDemonstrated understanding of payroll tax and work-cover legislation, superannuation and PAYGDemonstrated experience in interpreting complex industrial instruments including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements (EAs)Experience in identifying and consolidating compliance risks and issues across an organisation What's on Offer WFHFlexibilityParking
