Preferred QualificationsJob Description: Provides consulting and advisory services to clients, as a specialist in the Cyber Security, Identity & Security domain. The candidate should be a highly proficient professional with a good understanding of the Security/Indentity domain, backed up by considerable (12+ years) customer facing consulting and implementation experience. Must have strong experience with Oracle On-premise and Cloud security products. Key Responsibilities Gather design requirements; plan, coordinate and participate in workshops, solution refinement, development activities, and support the testing of integrations Provide domain expertise in Security, with a key focus on identity and access management. Provide technical leadership to a team of up to 5 resources Exhibit confidence and ease when interacting with technical management, middle and senior-level managers (client and internal); ability to use indirect influence to build consensus and support for ideas Provide pre-sales support in terms of solution design, and generating proposals Demonstrate professional communication skills including presenting in front of clients, client workshops and regional events; development of proposal content, articulation of methodology, and formal written deliverables Develop and maintain an up to date knowledge of relevant Oracle products and services within rapidly evolving Cloud Security offerings Network and Collaborate by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team and cross lines of business Core competencies, knowledge and experience Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in Oracle Security Solutions, e.g. OAM, OIM, and 2 years in Cloud native solutions e.g. IDCS. Must have delivered multiple tier-1, full life cycle implementations across multiple domains including security Must be capable of designing integrated solutions and architectures in heterogeneous environments involving Oracle SaaS, PaaS and 3rd party products. Proficient with SAML, OAuth, AD, ADFS, Azure, Oracle Unified Directory. Strong technical expertise in Identity and Access Management domain and tools. Strong technical expertise in enterprise security integration (eg. SSL, PKI, Key Management, Firewalls, Networking, load balancing etc) Lead Interactions with clients’ technical resources and management, ability to plan for and facilitate workshops, influence key decision makers, act independently to develop best-practice, innovative solutions. Understanding of Agile methodology and general SDLC, as well as CI/CD concepts and tools. Ability to own the deliverables of a complete scrum team as a technical domain expert. Expertise in quick evaluation of product fitment for given requirements, define future roadmap for cloud transformation programs, identify risks and define mitigations. Mandatory Skills SAML, OAuth, AD, ADFS, Azure, Oracle Unified Directory. Web services, APIs Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Oracle Security Platforms (IDCS, CASB) Demonstrated ability to convey a strong presence, maintain a professional image, and deal confidently with complex business problems in complex business environments Preferential Skills and Certifications Knowledge/Experience within another PaaS domain, e.g. Integration, Analytics Knowledge/Integration experience of at least one Oracle SaaS application (ERP, Financials, CX, SCM, HCM) Recent implementation experience covering one of the following (IDCS, CASB) including integration with Oracle SaaS solutions. Security certification such as GIAC, CISSP Oracle Certification in relevant PaaS solutions Agile Scrum certification Working knowledge of international security and risk-related standards or frameworks, including SABSA, TOGAF, ISO-27000 series, CISSP, CISM, 4360 Work Environment Office environment Travel as required Detailed Description and Job RequirementsAn experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects. 6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients.
