You are required to work collaboratively with the Buying and Design Team to ensure we achieve the seasonal sales budget whilst maintaining the gross profit goal of the business.You will be working in an agile business where you will have the opportunity to influence and trade the business.Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Preparing weekly financial reports and identify opportunities.  Trading the business to maximise every opportunity and minimise risks.Management of stock levels by store to maximise sales and minimise markdowns.Management of the OTB / In season reports / Identify riskCompiling post seasonal category analysis to influence future seasonal strategic plans and budgetManaging the replenishment of core lines and ensure optimal stock levels at all timesConstantly reviewing Store Grading  Assortment planningProviding order quantities by size according to current demand What is Important to Our Team:We understand that each individual is unique.
