Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure the success of a production line, whilst contributing to the overall site leadership.Are you a strong people leader, with the ability to juggle multiple balls in the air, whilst ensuring processes are followed, and people are looked after?ResponsibilitiesDevelop and ensure area budgets are consistent and met.Ensure that all manufacturing employees understand the areas of quality, safety and budgetary KPIs, and production standards.Identify, develop and implement plans to address key issues faced by process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.Drive a continuous improvement culture and a standard of excellence across the plant.Coach, mentor, and develop Line Coordinators and Team Leaders.To be successful, you will haveTertiary Qualifications and experience in an FMCG environmentA demonstrated ability to analyse complex processes drive improvementAn ability to manage and coach people and cross-functional teamsA highly developed and proven ability to problem-solvePrevious success with principles of Lean manufacturingStrong interpersonal skills and an ability to influence others and bring a culture of excellence and teamworkOrganisational/planning skills in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrated experience in developing strategies to drive continuous improvementAn ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions and strategy
