With over 1, dedicated employees in Australia, the UK, Europe, Asia, South Africa, New Zealand and North and South America, it is our teamwork that sets us apart.Role DetailsReporting to Head of Logistics, this role has no direct reports.Your Key Accountabilities• Invoice validation and accurate allocation to relevant general ledger of all logistics supplier invoices and enter into JDE for requisition approval• Ensure all end of month financial procedures (including journals, reconciliations, reporting) are completed with the appropriate financial rigour and within the timeframes required to enable the Supply Chain Finance Team to meet reporting requirements• Receipt purchase orders and return to payment services for payment via TAPS (Bottomline Technologies)• Advise Supply Chain Finance accrual amounts for any invoices not charged or allocated to the correct account at month end• Actively challenge and participate in any supply Chain meetings and planning sessions as required• Assist the Supply Chain Finance Team in preparing reporting so as to conduct monthly reviews with key operations stakeholders.Other Accountabilities IncludeYour Knowledge and SkillsBehavioural • Works as effective team member, leading, guiding & inspiring others• Communicates well at all levels: share ideas and contributing• Take the initiative to problem solve, challenge & improve to deliver the agreed targets• Excellent planning and organisational skills• Ability to generate innovative solutions to work situation• Professional approach, demonstrating flexibility and ownership• Able to work well under pressure• Demonstrates enthusiasm and is self-motivated• Ability to obtain information and identify key subjects required to understand strategic issues.
