The position involves the following challenges:Working with, and managing expectations of, a diverse range of stakeholders (within the project and separate)Achieving co-engineered project deadlinesMeeting customer requirements in the most cost-effective wayBeing able to work on multiple tasks with conflicting priorities at the same timeAbility to work autonomously or as part of a multi-disciplinary team Perform by teaming, mastering attention to detail and adding value.About YouQualificationsA tertiary qualification in an engineering discipline and able to meet the requirements for membership of IEAust.Desirable experiencePractical knowledge and experience with some or all of the following:Logistic Support AnalysisReliability AnalysisSupportability AnalysisLevel of Repair Analysis (LORA)Obsolescence Monitoring and Reporting;Maintainability and availability analysis;Product Data ManagementPractical knowledge and experience in the engineering/maintenance of complex military systems.Knowledge of and experience with interpreting and applying military standards to systems and subsystemsKnowledge of Australian Defence Contracting (ASDEFCON) requirements including data item deliverable nGood to KnowYou’ll get an email acknowledgement after you’ve applied, Thales strives to provide a personalised experience for all suitable applicants.
